Full Description

DLA Troop Support formerly known as Defense Supply Center Philadelphia (DSCP) intends to issue a sole source bridge contract for AM2 Pallet and Mat Assembly to Alfab, Inc. The proposed acquisition will be a bridge contract for twelve months to provide for the purchase of AM2 Pallet and Mat Assembly and associated incidental services for military personnel. The maximum dollar value for this proposed twelve month contract is $14,900,000.00. For administrative purposes, the proposed bridge contract will use the same contract number as the current contract and the same terms and conditions will apply. The contract number is SPM500-05-D-0349. The effective period of the proposed bridge contract will be from August 25, 2010 through August 24, 2011. Should a competitively awarded contract be issued ahead of the projected timeframe, this (c)(1) bridge contract will be terminated at that time. Subject Bridge Contract is being awarded under Other than Full and Open Competition 10 U.S.C 2304 (c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1.
