This amendment serves to cancel the requirement in its entirety for a 500MB DISN H series MPLS access trunk connection intended to provide physical connectivity to the DISN Edge Joint Task Force East between NSTA Bulgaria UJEENVS030 and Bezmer Air Base in Bulgaria. The original solicitation, issued by the Department of Defense via Disa/ditco Europe under solicitation number Hc102122QA084, was a combined synopsis and request for quote for commercial items under NAICS code 517311. The procurement was structured as a request for quote using the lowest price technically acceptable source selection process, requiring pricing to be broken down by monthly recurring charges, non-recurring charges, and applicable tier pricing. It incorporated standard FAR commercial item terms and conditions and was not designated as a small business set-aside. All further details regarding the cancellation are referenced in P00002.
