Amendment 2: Sources Sought Notice for USAID/East Africa Technical Services and Capacity Building Roster

Originally posted in April 2013 by the U.S. Embassy in Nairobi on behalf of USAID/Kenya, this notice seeks interest from capable entities to support technical services and capacity-building efforts in the East Africa region. The amendment ensures broader regional inclusion, allowing Ethiopian entities to respond alongside those from other participating countries, fostering greater collaboration and capacity development within East Africa.
