(1) This is a solicitation notice for twenty (20) 150lb wheeled clean-agent fire extinguishers to support Ramstein flightline operations. Fire extinguishers must be Amerex Model 775 (NSN 4210-01-610-6985) in accordance with TO 00-25-172.


(2) The proposed contract action is anticipated to be full and open competition. Simplified acquisition procedures will be used and the award will be based on best value to the government. Funds are presently not available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after closing date. In the event the Government cancels solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
