American Association of Retired Persons (AARP) E. 12th Avenue Sidewalk Tree Planting

The City of Tampa is seeking a qualified landscape contractor for the American Association of Retired Persons (AARP) E. 12th Avenue Sidewalk Tree Planting project, identified as solicitation 26-P-00588. The scope of work involves providing all labor, materials, and equipment to install trees along the E. 12th Street corridor between N. 15th Street and N. 17th Street. The contractor must adhere to Florida Grade No. 1 plant quality standards and provide photographic submittals of plant materials for approval prior to installation. A critical component of the contract is a one-year maintenance period following completion, which includes watering, weeding, pruning, fertilization, mulching, and litter removal to ensure plants remain healthy and flourishing.
