American Embassy Tunis / INL - Secure Remote Court Installation and Configuration

The U.S. Embassy in Tunis, Tunisia, through the Department of State, is soliciting proposals for the installation and configuration of Cisco equipment to implement a national Cisco Meeting Server (CMS) videoconferencing solution for the Tunisian Ministry of Justice, enabling remote court hearings across 32 sites including twelve courts, eighteen prisons, one juvenile rehabilitation center, and the Ministry’s data center. The contract is a firm fixed-price award to be given to the lowest-priced technically acceptable and responsible offeror, with no discussions anticipated after initial submissions. All offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and provide proof of their Unique Entity Identifier (UEI), along with a completed IRS Form W-14 to comply with tax regulations.
