The procurement is classified under NAICS code 519210 for Libraries and Archives and Product Service Code 7630 for Newspapers and Periodicals. Any potential provider wishing to challenge the sole-source determination may submit a capability statement by July 31, 2026, at 10:00 AM EST, demonstrating the ability to provide the exact same unembargoed and perpetual access to the American Phytopathological Society’s content.
