The Wyoming State Construction Department, Procurement Section, on behalf of the Department of State Parks and Cultural Resources, Division of State Parks, Historic Sites & Trails (Procuring Agency), will receive proposals until 1:00 p.m. MT on October 21, 2025, through the Public Purchase online bidding system for the Exhibit Project located at Ames Monument State Historic Site, Albany County,iA Wyoming. This project will consist of design, fabrication and installation of outdoor exhibits under the guidance of Wyoming State Parks site and district staff and the existing Ames Monument Interpretive Plan. Proposal Documents : The complete set of bid documents and specifications can be downloaded from: https://www.publicpurchase.com/gems/wyoconstruction,wy/buyer/public/home . Companies wishing to download plans must have a publicpurchase.com account. Only proposals submitted through the Public Purchase site and on State of Wyoming forms will be considered. It is the proposer's responsibility to review, through Public Purchase at www.publicpurchase.com for answers to questions, addenda, or proposal tabulations. Telephone calls, emails, or faxes may not be accepted. Written questions shall be submitted on the Public Purchase website by 11:00 a.m. Mountain Time on September 26, 2025. All questions will be answered and provided to all prospective proposers via answers on the Public Purchase website or in the form of a written addendum posted on Public Purchase by 3:00 p.m. on October 10, 2025. Questions received after 11:00 a.m. Mountain Time on September 26, 2025, will not be addressed.
