The Wyoming State Construction Department, Procurement Section, on behalf of the Department of State Parks and Cultural Resources, Division of State Parks, Historic Sites & Trails (Procuring Agency), will receive proposals until 1:00 p.m. MT on October 21, 2025, through the Public Purchase online bidding system for the Exhibit Project located at Ames Monument State Historic Site, Albany County,iA Wyoming. This project will consist of design, fabrication and installation of outdoor exhibits under the guidance of Wyoming State Parks site and district staff and the existing Ames Monument Interpretive Plan. Proposal Documents : The complete set of bid documents and specifications can be downloaded from: https://www.publicpurchase.com/gems/wyoconstruction,wy/buyer/public/home . Companies wishing to download plans must have a publicpurchase.com account. Only proposals submitted through the Public Purchase site and on State of Wyoming forms will be considered. It is the proposer's responsibility to review, through Public Purchase at www.publicpurchase.com for answers to questions, addenda, or proposal tabulations. Telephone calls, emails, or faxes may not be accepted. Written questions shall be submitted on the Public Purchase website by 11:00 a.m. Mountain Time on September 26, 2025. All questions will be answered and provided to all prospective proposers via answers on the Public Purchase website or in the form of a written addendum posted on Public Purchase by 3:00 p.m. on October 10, 2025. Questions received after 11:00 a.m. Mountain Time on September 26, 2025, will not be addressed. It is the Proposer's responsibility (not required) to add their company to the Plan Holders and Contractors List. Each proposal is required to have a bid deposit in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the total proposal, if proposal amount is greater than $150,000.00, which shall be in the form of a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check (a copy of a check will not be accepted) drawn on a reliable bank and made payable to the State of Wyoming (no personal checks will be accepted), or an electronic bid bond with Surety 2000. ONLY if you are going to submit an original 10% bid bond or submit a 10% cashier check, it MUST be received in the Procurement Office at: Wyoming State Construction Department, Procurement Office, 700 West 21st Street, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82002, by 1:00 p.m. October 21, 2025.
