Solicitation Number: 12305B21Q0002 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, and is being conducted according to FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service (ARS) North East Area (NEA) issues this Request for Quotes (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through FAC 2021-01. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 311119; small business size standard is 500 Employees. DELIVERY TO: USDA-ARS-BARC, Beltsville MD IMPORTANT NOTICE: All contractors submitting bids, proposals, or quotes on USDA solicitations must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. Failure to register in the SAM database will make an Offeror ineligible for award.
