The DLA Weapons Support Active Devices Division is soliciting the procurement of 26 amplifier subassemblies, identified as critical application items under NSN 5996-00-126-6139. The requirement specifies parts from Symetrics Industries, LLC (P/N 109152-3) or Ateez Corp (P/N A228200). This small business set-aside acquisition requires a delivery lead time of 165 days after order, with a need ship date of May 4, 2027, and a final required delivery date of September 9, 2027. Delivery is set as FOB Destination to the DLA Distribution Depot Hill at Hill Air Force Base, Utah, with inspection and acceptance occurring at the destination. Due to the item's classification as an electrostatic and electromagnetic sensitive device, strict adherence to MIL-PRF-81705 and MIL-STD-2073-1E packaging standards is mandatory. This includes the use of specific barrier materials and special marking code 39 to prevent environmental field force damage. Administratively, the contract mandates CMMC Level 2 self-assessment and compliance with Covered Defense Information requirements. Payment and receiving reports must be processed electronically via the Wide Area Workflow system. The procurement is governed by the DLA Master Solicitation for Automated Simplified Acquisitions and includes standard FAR and DFARS clauses regarding fixed-price changes, the Buy American Act, and the prohibition of certain internal confidentiality agreements.
