CLIN 0001: AN/ALE-47 Countermeasure Dispenser System Mission Data Verification System, QTY: 1 EA. CLIN 0002: FOB-Destination Delivery CLIN 0003: Training CLIN 0004: Integration/installation. The statutory authority which permits other than full and open competition for this acquisition is 41 United States Code (USC) 1901, as implemented by FAR 13.501(a)(1)(ii).
