Full Description

The Ordinance amends the Burbank Municipal Code (BMC), Title 10, Chapter 1, Zoning under a Zone Text Amendment (ZTA) to establish School-Trade/Vocational as a new use distinct from the BMCs existing School-Public or Private use currently prohibited in industrial zones. Amendments include: 1) adding the new use to the Zoning Use List Table (BMC 10-1-502) and clarifying its permissibility in all non-residential zones, 2) modifying and adding related definitions (BMC 10-203), and 3) creating a new parking requirement specific to the use (BMC 10-1-1408).
