Full Description

This is a notice of intent that AFSC/PZABB anticipates issuing a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract for the procurement of multiple NSNs required to support the AN/PLM-4 Radar Signal Sumulator (RSS). Contract will be a five (5) year contract and shall include a total of five (5) individual ordering periods; each ordering period shall be open for ordering for a period of one (1) year. A description of the Best Estimated Quantities (BEQs) and delivery schedule is contained in the attached "BEQ's and Delivery Schedule Spreadsheet." The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Exelis Inc., CAGE: 31550, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The Government does not own any drawings or specifications needed to procure parts from additional sources. In accordance with FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii), all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government does not possess the drawings or specifications necessary to support this acquisition. Foreign contractors are advised that foreign participation is not permitted.
