AN/TYQ-23 V5 Service Life Extension Program (SLEP)

Official Synopsis: Ogden Air Logistics Center, Space C3I Division, Hill AFB, UT intends to solicit and award a single, firm-fixed price, non-commercial contract for the AN/TYQ-23 V5 Service Live Extension Program (SLEP) for the USAF. For this requirement, the Contractor shall provide the items described in the SOW and associated documents. Please review the attached DRAFT Request for Proposal (RFP) for contract line item descriptions, quantities and deliveries. The final RFP is anticipated to be posted around 7 May 2012. Hard copies of the RFP will not be available. Duration of the contract period: 24 Months. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 334513 - Instruments and Related Products Manufacturing for Measuring, Displaying, and Controlling Industrial Process Variable. Small business size standard: 500 employees. Proposals will be reviewed on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable basis. Award will be made to the technically acceptable offeror with acceptable past performance who has the lowest total evaluated price. The solicitation number for this requirement will remain FA8217-12-R-5002. This requirement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. CLINs: See the official solicitation for final CLIN structure. Offerors will be given at least 30 days to submit a proposal, starting from the solicitation release date. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Attachments 7 and 8 are explicit access documents. Vendors must request authorization to gain access to these documents. As specified on pages 1 and 2 of the solicitation, proposals are due on 13 Jun 2012 by 4:00 PM MST.
