The Department of Veteran Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 21 (NCO21), intends to award a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract for mass spectrometry core services at VA Palo Alto Health Care System (VAPAHCS) located at 3801 Miranda Ave Palo Alto, CA 94304. This is not a request for competitive offers and no solicitation is available. Due to the continuation of need it has been determined that these services are only available from a single source without an unacceptable delay or duplication of cost and no other type of services will satisfy agency requirements.
