Le présent appel de soumissions a pour objet de retenir les services d’une firme hautement spécialisée en sonorisation architecturale et acoustique afin de procéder à : • L’analyse de la qualité sonore actuelle de certaines salles au Palais; • L’analyse de la pollution sonore aux salles adjacentes; • L’analyse de l’ensemble des équipements électroniques et logiciels actuellement en place; • Faire des propositions sous forme de scénarios d’amélioration de l’ensemble de l’infrastructure de sonorisation architecturale incluant une estimation budgétaire et un échéancier; • Élaborer, en collaboration avec L’ORGANISME PUBLIC, un devis technique détaillé destiné à être intégré à un futur appel d’offres public portant sur l’achat, l’installation et la configuration de la nouvelle infrastructure de sonorisation architecturale; • Répondre aux questions transmises durant le processus d’appel d’offres; • Exécuter la surveillance des travaux de remplacement, d’amélioration et de configuration du système de sonorisation architecturale ainsi que l’acceptation finale de celui-ci conforme au devis. Une séance d’information et visite des lieux non obligatoire est prévue le 12 mars 2026 à 10:00. Le point de rassemblement pour cette visite est fixé au Centre opérationnel de sécurité de la Société, situé au rez-de-chaussée, au 159 St-Antoine Ouest, en la ville de Montréal, province de Québec, H2Z 1H2
