This notice is issued to inform prospective venders of an upcoming requirement for the procurement of Anchor Plate, Wire R in accordance with a Government-owned Technical Data Package (TDP). This does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP). The RFP will be issued on or about 20 June 2026.


Mandatory Vendor Requirements


To be eligible for the forthcoming RFP, vendors must meet the following criteria:


  1. SAM.gov Registration: Must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov).
  2. JCP Certification: Must hold an active certification in the Joint Certification Program (JCP) to obtain the TDP. You can access the JCP portal at: https://www.public.dacs.dla.mil/jcp/ext/#ext/dashboard.
  3. The Anchor Plate, Wire R must be produced in accordance with a Government-provided TDP and meet all applicable performance and quality standards.
