NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A FIRM FIXED PRICE SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT- The Air National Guard, intends to solicit and award a sole source contract to Innovate International Intelligence and Integration, LLC, 466 Houston Lake Rd STE D Warner Robins, GA 31088-6306 for the purchase of technical and subject matter expertise to the Air National Guard (ANG) Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) portfolio under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 only one responsible source. Until a new contract can be competitively awarded, the incumbent contractor, Innovate International Intelligence and Integration, LLC, will continue to manage and operate as the sole provider and direct affiliate of ISR contract support services. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 541618 and the Small Business size standard is $15 million based on the U.S. Small Business Administration, Table of Small Business Size Standards. This sole source requirement meets the conditions of FAR 6.302-1; Only One Responsible Source Has Been Identified As Reasonably Available To Provide The Supplies That Will Satisfy The Agency Requirements.
