UNICOR intends to enter into an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with one (1) base year and four (4) option years, if exercised for ANGLE STEEL for the following UNICOR Factory: El Reno, OK Solicitation number is MT1381-13, and this solicitation will be issued as a Request for Proposal. The minimum delivery order amount is $500.00 and the maximum delivery order of $100,000.00. Delivery lead time is 21 days. NAICS code associated with this requirement is 331110. The small business size standard for NAICS code 331110 is 1000 employees. Offerors are advised that the Government intends to evaluate offers and award on a SINGLE AWARD BASIS. This is a Woman Owned Small Business set aside requirement. Therefore, only offers received from Woman Owned Small Businesses will be considered for award. Specific item specifications and quantities will be listed in solicitation. All offerors must complete the Business Management questionnaire in Section L of solicitation document with three (3) references. References must be for same or similar items. Offerors shall submit two (2) copies of the written proposal. All offerors must acknowledge all amendments if any. Offers received after the exact time and date specified will not be considered. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror's whose offer represents the best value to the government.
