Austin Community College District is soliciting competitive sealed proposals for the expansion of the parking lot at its Round Rock Campus to address growing parking demands driven by new construction, including the RRISD Early College High School and ACC buildings 4000 and 5500. The project requires converting a vacant lot into a 200-space parking facility with asphalt paving, concrete curb and gutter, new lighting and surveillance systems, landscaping with irrigation, and pre-wiring for electric vehicle charging stations on 60 of the spaces.
