The work to be performed under this contract consists of furnishing all appurtenances, tools, equipment, labor and incidentals necessary to demolish, construct, repair, or replace the various concrete jobs listed in the line items for in the City of Irving.  
The City of Irving is contracting for concrete repairs that may be required during the term of this contract, thus supplementing the current Street Operations staff. Due to the nature of these repairs, the specific locations and types will be determined and provided to the awardee on an “as needed” basis prioritized by Street Operations in “real” time requests during the contract period.  
 
There will be a non-mandatory pre-bid conference in conjunction with this ITB. Please see Activities Tab for information. Questions asked by the participants at the pre-bid meeting will be posted on online, along with the applicable response. Any questions or requests for clarification should be submitted online.    The City of Irving strongly encourages bidders to submit their response to this bid electronically. Please call the individual listed on the bid if you require assistance with this submittal. Electronic bidding will eliminate errors and unnecessary work, and is more friendly to the environment.
