Scope: The scope of work consists of furnishing irrigation parts and supplies to the City of Bakersfield. Supplier shall deliver to various City locations as directed. Delivery shall be FOB Destination to the City’s delivery site.
The City’s estimate of the materials to be furnished is approximate only, being given as a basis for the comparison of bids. The City of Bakersfield does not expressly or by implication agree that the actual quantities of materials purchased will correspond therewith but reserves the right to increase or decrease the amount of any bid item or to omit any bid item that may be deemed necessary or expedient by the City due to budget or other constraints. Estimated annual quantities are as follows.
Notes: The contract is expected to begin on after August 26, 2026. The term of the contract shall be one (1) year, renewable annually thereafter for four (4) consecutive one-year periods, at the City’s option and upon mutually agreeable terms.
