Annual Fire Extinguisher Inspections MGADM MA

Purpose of Solicitation: Annual Fire Extinguisher Inspection services Multi-Year Agreement This service is for the following lab:Alabama Department of Forensic Sciences525 Carter Hill Road Montgomery, AL 36106**Lab is requesting a 5-year Contract Agreement with Annual Renewals.This service will be for the period of award through September 30, 2031, and will need to be renewed annually and there should be no price updates.This facility has a total of 26 total Fire Extinguishers: 24 portable ABC extinguishers [17x 5lb, 7x 10lb] and 2 portable Halotron extinguisher [1x 2.5lb, 1x 5lb]. Annual fire extinguisher inspections, 6-year testing (as needed), and hydrostatic testing (as needed) will be done in June of each year.ALL SERVICE HAS TO BE DONE IN JUNE OF EACH YEAR DURING NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS (MONDAY-FRIDAY 8AM-5PM) AND HAS TO BE SCHEDULED BY THE SUPPLIER IN ADVANCE OF SERVICE DATE. NOTE: IT IS THE SUPPLIER’S RESPONSIBILITY TO MAINTAIN AND PROVIDE A LIST OF NON-STANDARD SERVICES (6-YEAR TESTING, HYDROSTATIC TESTING, ETC.)THAT NEEDS TO BE DONE ON EACH FIRE EXTINGUISHER, EACH YEAR.Please see the item lines and provide bid pricing.
