Annual Fire Inspections Regional Headquarters Complex This requirement is for: The Correctional Service of Canada, Buildings in the Regional Headquarters and National Training Academy area (see list below). Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement This procurement is not subject to a Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement. Security Requirements: This contract does not include security requirements. Nature of Requirements: The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement. The Correctional Service Canada has a requirement to complete annual inspection of fire alarm systems at various Regional Headquarters (RHQ) and National Training Academy (NTA) complex buildings in accordance with NFCC 2020 Division B. Objectives: Complete annual inspections of the fire alarm systems Deliverables: Contractor must supply a report, to the Project Authority, at the completion of each of the annual inspections. Report must be in PDF form and in English. The report to be supplied must include the following items: 1. Complete documentation of the entire fire alarm system test and certification, including a list of all deficiencies and remedial action required. 2. A written repot, in PDF format, detailing the results of the fire alarm system inspection and final certifications. 3. A complete listing of identified deficiencies and the required remedial actions. Any conditions for participation of suppliers not specified in solicitation documentation: none. Estimated quantity of commodity: see solicitation document statement of work and basis of payment.
