The Government intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). This notice will be distributed through the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) Website (www.fbo.gov). Interested parties are responsible for monitoring FBO website to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The North American Classification System Code is811213; the size standard is 11.0 (millions of dollars). The Department of the Navy (DoN) intends to award a non-competitive, sole source contract to KMS Communications, 3010 E Cervantes St, Pensacola, FL 32503 for annual maintenance of ESI CS-600 Communication Server with ACD call routing system. Based on market research conducted and contacts made with knowledgeable individuals within the government it has been determined DON's requirement can only be provided by KMS Communications, 3010 E Cervantes St, Pensacola, FL 32503 as they are the only authorized OEM reseller within the geographical area that can respond within two hours for emergent repair services for NH Pensacola, FL. Sole-Source Justification posted with this notice. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement to this office by 17:00 pm, EST, September 13, 2018 by email to the attention of Ray Hinman, Contract Specialist, at ray.a.hinman.civ@mail.mil. Facsimile offers will not be accepted. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement.
