Annual Maintenance/support of Software

The National Institutes of Health / National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIH/NIAID) in support of the Division of Clinical Research (DCR) intends to negotiate on an other than full and open competition a contract - base year with four (4) option years - to provide maintenance support services for one software license - iMedRIS - Institutional Review Board Assistant (300 Users) Software with iMedRIS Data Corporation, 446 Missouri Court, Redlands, CA 92373. The system to be covered / serviced will ensure the following: - Support electronic submissions, submission processing, meeting package generation, online agenda and package, quality control correspondence with PI, electronic approval, data analysis and reporting. - Expedite the submission-to-approval process by providing real-time status of IRB submissions to PI; - Provide automated alerts and notifications that decrease administrative delays in the approval of clinical research. This is an electronic / IT contract and all responsible sources that are certified by iMedIRIS may submit a proposal showing their capabilities and past performances providing this type of service. The vendors shall provide certification from original software manufacturer that they are authorized to perform these services and have access to iMedRIS updates. All responsible sources may submit a response that will be considered. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 541512, which has a size standard of $25.5 in millions of dollars. The Government reserves the right to make a decision whether this requirement is available for competition. All responses shall be submitted no later than 4:00 p.m. (EST) May 5, 2015.
