The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) intends to issue a sole source, firm fixed price purchase order to Logi Analytics, 7900 Westpark Drive, Suite A200, McLean, VA 22102, for the following requirements: 1) Logi info � internal/external � yearly maintenance, 2) Logi info � internal only � yearly maintenance, 3) Logi info � Non Production � yearly maintenance, 4) Logi info Studio � yearly maintenance, 5) Premier Support for a period of 12 months. This procurement will be processed under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Only Logi Analytics will satisfy the Agency�s requirement because this is the only vendor that can provide the proprietary technology that is specifically formatted for Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. No solicitation is being issued. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes/proposals, however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement which, if received by the response date, shall be considered by the Agency. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the responses to this notice is solely within discretion of the Government.
