ONE PHASE SELECTION PROCESS
(Phase 1) of a one-phase competition: this one phase will request bidders to submit their bid proposals to provide a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings. Upon award of contract in the pre-qualification list will be terminated, no additional contracts will be awarded.

Scope:
The work covered under this contract consists of the furnishing of all plant, labour, equipment and material for annual spring dredging at Toney River, Pictou County, Nova Scotia. The volume of material to be dredged us approximately 15,000 cubic meter truck measure.
The project scope of work must follow in strict accordance with the specifications and accompanying drawings and subject to all terms and conditions of this contract.
Contract includes mobilization and demobilization all equipment necessary to make work progress for the entire contract.
Only items in the Unit Price Table will be measured for payment. All other work necessary to complete the contract will be considered incidental to the project and will not be measured separately for payment.
The Contractor will complete the work for each cycle 1-2 with a timeframe of approximately 3 – 4 weeks per cycle to complete.
Cycle 1: Contract award to May 31, 2024
Cycle 2: April 1, 2025 to May 31, 2025
