A firm priced annual service to furnish and deliver the required annual supply of 3000 psi blend mix, class 1 2500 NS, and excavatable flow-fill. This concrete is for use by the City of Lakeland Public Works Construction and Maintenance Division, as well as other city departments, as required. These materials shall be in accordance with the Florida D.O.T. standard specifications for road and bridge construction, 2025 edition, section 344 & 346 & 347. The projected annual quantity required for the Construction & Maintenance Division is estimated to be 1,000 cubic yards. This annual estimated quantity is for bidding purposes only and is an approximation based on prior usage and anticipated needs. This is not a guaranteed purchase quantity. Note: This Annual Requirement, if placed, shall be Firm and Valid through September 30, 2027, with an option for four (4), one (1) year renewals upon mutual consent.
