The scope includes delivering 71 portable single-stall chemical toilets, 18 portable handwashing stations, performing seven pump-and-clean services with restocking of supplies, and arranging delivery and pick-up of all units to and from specified locations on post. The winning vendor must comply with numerous special requirements, including AT Level 1 Awareness, NCIC-III and TSDB checks, iWATCH and OPSEC training, and adherence to a zero-tolerance policy for trafficking in persons. All communications with the Government must be submitted via email to designated points of contact, and all invoices must be processed through WAWF.
