Anritsu Microwave Site Master and accessories for NIOC Pacific

This is a Request for Quote (N0060426Q4122) for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR part 12, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued.  PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on SAM.gov.

This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2026-01 and DFARS Publication Notice 20260702. Delivery Location is NIOC Pacific, Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam. 

All applicable FAR and DFARS clauses and provision apply to this RFQ and the resulting contract.

Basis for award will be best value. The assessment will considers both price and non-price factors.

While price will be a significant factor in the evaluation of quotes, the final contract award will be based a combination of factors, price and the ability to provide all of the items on the item list.

System for Award Management (SAM). Quoters must be registered in the SAM database to be considered for award. Registration is free and can be completed on-line at http://www.sam.gov/.

All quotes shall include price(s), FOB point, a point of contact, name and phone number, GSA contract number if applicable, business size, and payment terms. Quotes over 10 pages in total will not be accepted by facsimile.  Each response must clearly indicate the capability of the quoter to meet all specifications and requirements.
