The Australian Nuclear Science and Technology Organisation (ANSTO) invites suitably qualified and experienced suppliers to submit a Registration of Interest (ROI) for the provision of Emergency Services Response Team (ERT) Services at its Lucas Heights campus in New South Wales. ANSTO is seeking a supplier capable of providing an integrated emergency response capability supporting ANSTO's emergency preparedness and response arrangements. The Emergency Services Response Team (ERT) performs a critical role in supporting the safety and resilience of ANSTO's operations and is responsible for emergency medical response, fire response, hazardous materials response, emergency preparedness activities and incident support services. The successful supplier will be expected to demonstrate strong operational capability, workforce flexibility, emergency response expertise, effective training and competency management arrangements and a commitment to continuous improvement while supporting ANSTO's core values of safety, security and sustainability. Given the nature of ANSTO's operations and the sensitivity of information relevant to this procurement, access to detailed Request for Tender (RFT) documentation will be restricted. The purpose of this ROI is to: • Identify suppliers with the capability, capacity and relevant experience to perform the Services; • Confirm suppliers satisfy the minimum participation requirements; • Establish suppliers willing to comply with ANSTO's confidentiality and probity requirements; and • Determine which suppliers will be invited to participate in the subsequent RFT process. As part of the ROI process, suppliers will be required to: • Complete and submit the ROI Response Schedules; • Execute ANSTO's Confidentiality Deed; • Demonstrate compliance with the minimum participation requirements specified in the ATM documentation. Following evaluation of ROI submissions, ANSTO intends to shortlist suppliers that satisfy the ROI requirements and invite those suppliers to participate in Stage Two, being the Request for Tender.
