Anton Parr DMA 5002 Density Meter

The Department of National Defence is soliciting bids for the procurement of one Anton Parr DMA 5002 Density Meter or an equivalent digital analyzer. The equipment must comply with ASTM D4052 standards and be ISO 17025 certified. A critical requirement is the provision of an ISO 17025 compliant Certificate of Calibration dated no more than 90 days prior to the delivery date. The scope of work includes the delivery of the unit to the Quality Engineering Test Establishment in Gatineau, Quebec, followed by on-site installation, calibration, and a minimum of four hours of training for four to five students covering operation, maintenance, and data handling. The contract will be awarded to the compliant bidder offering the lowest evaluated aggregate price. Bids must be submitted to Viktoria Melnichuk by 2:00 PM EST on October 13, 2026, with a final delivery deadline of January 15, 2027. Delivery terms are Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) Incoterms 2020. Packaging must adhere to Canadian Forces Specification D-LM-008-036/SF-000, with a preference for reusable, returnable, or recyclable materials. The contractor must also comply with ISO 9001:2008 quality management systems and the Code of Conduct for Procurement. Payment for undisputed invoices will be made within 30 days after the completion of all identified work.
