GENERAL: Olathe Public Schools USD #233 (or the "District") is soliciting bids for Apple iPad Accessories, iPad Buy Back, & White Glove Deployment Services. Bidders (also herein referred to as "Contractors") will execute and submit all bids in accordance with the instructions attached and the applicable provisions of the specifications.
SCOPE OF WORK: The District intends to contract for the one time purchase and delivery of Apple iPad Accessories, iPad Buy Back, as well as the White Glove Deployment Services, as described in the Line Items Section under the Bid Lines Tab of this solicitation and the attached Scope of Work document. These items and services will support the District's 1:1 program for Apple iPads at the Elementary School level as well as select instructional devices around the District. Hardware Contractor can utilize a subcontractor to perform services provided they are vetted by the District first - OR - a stand alone service Contractor can perform the services and District will coordinate with all parties to arrange shipments to applicable locations. Costs for shipping from either/both location and/or facility need to be considered in pricing for each line item. **NO ALTERNATES WILL BE ACCEPTED TO THIS SPECIFICATION ULNESS NOTED OTHERWISE**
**Contractor(s) shall certify that it is an Original Equipment Manufacturer ("OEM") Authorized Channel Partner as of the date of submission of their offer, and that it has the certification/specialization level required by the OEM to support both the product sale and product pricing, in accordance with the applicable OEM certification/specialization requirements. Unless otherwise specified, Contractor shall warrant that all products bid are new and in their original packaging. The Contractor confirms to have sourced all OEM products submitted in this offer from the OEM or through OEM's Authorized Channels only, in accordance with all applicable laws and current OEM's applicable policies, at the time of purchase.**
