Full Description

Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada (ISED) has a requirement for Professional services under the Task-based informatics professional services (TBIPS) Supply Arrangement (SA) method of supply to: Provide expertise and experience with PowerBuilder Integrated Environment (IDE), version 10.0 or higher to: o Develop technical architectures, frameworks and strategies that detail the current state of the Impact application as well as future state transformation recommendations o Contribute to technical specifications that detail a transformation roadmap to migrate from a PowerBuilder based system to a modern framework o Code, test, and implement software changes to the current Impact system as needed to support transformation, integration and change to integrated systems; o Coordinate and conduct Unit, System and Stress testing for PowerBuilder modules requiring changes due to transformation in integrated systems; o Ensure the integration of all aspects of the project’s technology solution with other platforms currently in use.
