AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the SAP Business Network Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted on 19 August 2026 by 14:00 EDT. All bids submitted after 14:00 EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for Applications and Environmental Support Services against Supply Arrangement # TBIPS SA EN578-170432. Selected TBIPS SA Holders currently holding a TBIPS SA under the EN578-170432 series of SAs have been invited to compete; should an uninvited SA Holder wish to be invited, it may contact the Contracting Authority to request an invitation at any time prior to five (5) business days before the published bid closing date, and an invitation will be made to that SA Holder unless it would not be consistent with the efficient operation of the procurement system. If any unqualified Bidders are interested in submitting a proposal they will have to qualify for Supply Arrangement # TBIPS SA EN578-170432 before they are given an opportunity to bid on this requirement.
