All bids must be received by 11:59pm EST on March 19, 2026.

Refer to the attached specification/RFP documents for clarification of the types of equipment/services requested. The Form 470 does not have a service request for only Licenses. Therefore, the Form 470 will have inflated quantities for WAPs. The District is NOT buying APs in relation to this Form 470. These are renewal licenses for a portion of the Districts wireless access points. The first worksheet in the proposed BOM is titled WAP RENEWAL LICENSES. As the name suggests, pricing should be for renewal licenses, not net new licenses. Please use the proposed BOM as your guide for quantities and requested part numbers (or their equivalent).

You must sign and date the specification document and return it with your bid to indicate that you have read and will comply with the requirements set forth therein. Failure to return a signed specification document will result in your bid being deemed incomplete for bid evaluation purposes.

Notwithstanding the preferences indicated, the Applicant will consider bids for alternative manufacturers' equipment that provides equivalent functionality. If a proposed alternative solution does not provide equivalent functionality, then it does not meet the Applicant's stated needs. If you fail to provide an explanation for how your proposed solution is functionally equivalent, it will be deemed incomplete for bid evaluation purposes.

SPAM and/or robotic responses not reasonably related to the stated specifications will be deemed invalid and will be disqualified from consideration.
