Approve Grant Agreement 126-DC26-1 with DynaChrg to Provide Funding in an Amount Not to Exceed $499,413 to Purchase and Install Five Tellus TP-EVPD-360KW DC

Grant Agreement 126-DC26-1 between the Ventura County Air Pollution Control District and DynaChrg, Inc. provides funding not to exceed 499,413 dollars for the purchase and installation of five Tellus TP-EVPD-360KW dual-port DC fast charging stations. The project is located at 11005 Citrus Drive, Ventura, California, 93004, at an existing gas station and convenience retail site. With an estimated total site capacity of approximately 1.25 MW, these chargers will be publicly accessible 24/7 to support local users and corridor traffic along the SR-126 corridor. The project is part of the 126 Corridor EV Charger Incentive Program and is designed to expand high-power electric vehicle infrastructure. It has been granted exemptions from the California Environmental Quality Act under Guidelines Sections 15301(b), 15303, 15304, and 15308, as the work involves minor site alterations to an existing parking lot.
