Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation has been awarded contract N0001923C0001 by the Naval Air Systems Command for the production and delivery of AN/APR-39 D(V)2 Radar Warning Receiver/Electronic Warfare Management Systems and associated battery handle assemblies. Valued at 72,839,416 dollars, the agreement utilizes a combination of Fixed Price Incentive Firm, Cost Plus Fixed Fee, and Cost Reimbursable structures.
