This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2023-04. This procurement is a 100% Total Small Business set-aside and the associated NAICS code 237990 with Size Standard $45.0 M. REQUIREMENT: The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC) located in Glynco, GA has requirement for Aqua Dams. 0001- 4'-0" Aqua Dam, (4'-0"h x 9'-0"w). The maximum control depth of a 4'-0"h AquaDam is 3'-2"h. QTY: 400 FT 0002 - 4'-0" Double Closed End AquaDam (4'-0"h x 9'-0"w), The maximum control depth of a 4'-0"h AquaDam is 3'-2"h. (4 @ 100 ft.)
