Solicitation FA2360-17-P-8014 is a firm fixed price request for quote issued by the Department of the Air Force National Assessment Group for the procurement of a 12 Bit / 12 GSa/s Arbitrary Waveform Generator. To ensure seamless integration with existing equipment and software for field test assessments and to minimize compatibility challenges, the government requires Keysight brand name Original Equipment Manufacturer parts. This acquisition falls under NAICS code 334513 and is designated as brand name or equal, though single source justification indicates that market research identified Keysight as the only provider meeting the specific technical requirements for the AFNWC/PZNK engineering shop. The contract requires delivery to Kirtland Air Force Base, New Mexico, with a requested delivery date of July 10, 2017. Award decisions are based on the lowest evaluated price from a responsible offeror that meets or exceeds the technical specifications and functionality outlined in the Bill of Materials. Submissions must include a completed Bill of Materials sheet and a supply reseller certification. The procurement is governed by Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95 and includes various standard commercial item provisions and clauses, as well as Defense Priorities and Allocations System ratings.
