Solicitation Number: N6523626QE234Title: ARC TECHNOLOGIESThe purpose of this synopsis is to provide notice of Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic?s intent to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to ARC TECHNOLOGIES for Radar Absorbing Material. The Government intends to negotiate solely with ARC TECHNOLOGIES under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) due to solicitating from a single source not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold. The NAICS Code is 334419 as a large business. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any responsible source believing that it can fulfill the requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation. Responses to the pre-solicitation notice can be submitted by accessing the specific notice in the PIEE Solicitation Module by 15 June 2026. Questions concerning this notice should be directed to Michelle Pierce at michelle.a.pierce15.civ@us.anvy.mil.
