The Government intends to negotiate solely with ARC TECHNOLOGIES under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) due to solicitating from a single source not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold. The NAICS Code is 334419 as a large business. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any responsible source believing that it can fulfill the requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation.
