The District is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified professionals for a full range of on-call architectural and engineering consultation services. Firms shall be licensed and bonded in the State of Washington to be eligible for award of contract in response to this RFQ. The District intends to award a single contract to provide the services described in this RFQ. The successful consultant will provide the services detailed in this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) as projects are budgeted. The District provides no guarantee that projects will become available. Upon approval and contract execution by the District, the on-call contract will be for a period of one (1) year with an opportunity for four (4) one-year extensions upon mutual agreement.
