RETURN BIDS TO: RCMP / GRCProcurement & Contracting servicesc/o Commissionaires, F Division6101 Dewdney AvenueRegina, SK S4P 3K7Solicitation Closes –L’invitation prend fin at - à 2:00 pm Central Standard Time on - le 15 March 2023 Description: The services of an Architectural firm, acting as Prime Consultant, are required to undertake the design and construction administration services needed to facilitate the implementation of a new modular detachment and storage garage in Dillon, Saskatchewan for the RCMP.As Prime Consultant, the selected Architectural firm will provide a full consulting Team including the required expertise in civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, landscape architecture, scheduling and commissioning.The project objective is to design, contract administration, construction, delivery and set-up of a new modular police detachment facility to meet the RCMP’s program requirements on a building site secured by the RCMP in Dillon, Saskatchewan.The anticipated size of the facility is approximately 899m2 plus a detached storage garage building of approximately 60m2.There is also a requirement for the provision of new sewage lift station. The secured site has been stripped of topsoil and rough graded to provide for positive drainage throughout the property. Two (2) gravel entrances to the site have been established including appropriate culverts as required. The site has been serviced with a 150mm HDPE water main that connects to the municipal system for the community of Dillon. A 50mm HDPE sanitary force main has been brought to the site that connects to an existing gravity system. The detachment site will require a pumped sanitary disposal systemthat will connect to the existing 50mm force main located on site. Storm water management for the site will be provided via surface drainage.The period of the contract is four (4) years from date of contract award. The Consultant grants to Canada the irrevocable option to extend the term of the contract under the same conditions and by multiple option periods to align with the completion of the separate but corresponding construction contract including warranty periods.There is a security requirement associated with the requirement.Refer to the attached tender documents to obtain further information.The Crown retains the right to negotiate with any supplier on any procurement.Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.The RCMP has adopted the Integrity Regime administered by Public Services and Procurement Canada. As a result, the integrity provisions are being applied in RCMP contracting activities as outlined in this solicitation.Canada will make available Notices of Proposed Procurement (NPP), bid solicitations and related documents for download through the Government Electronic Tendering Service (GETS) at https://canadabuys.canada.ca/en/tender-opportunities .
