It is the intention of this RFP to procure a Prime Architect to develop and lead in the planning, programming, design and build of vacant space for The ACCESS Open Minds Sarnia-Lambton site which will address the critical gap, by providing tailored and holistic mental health and addiction services to youth. The site will be designed not just for youth in our community but with them, to ensure their needs are met and voices are heard. The goal is to have the ACCESS Open Minds Sarnia-Lambton site open by September 2020. This Vision is to be achieved by Collaboration with the Bluewater Health in association with the Canadian Mental Health Association, County of Lambton and the St. Clair Child and Youth.
