Architectural Services For Cafeteria HVAC At Various Sites

The Montebello Unified School District is soliciting professional architectural services under IRFB No.15 to manage HVAC projects for cafeteria eating areas and stage areas at various sites in Commerce, California. The selected firm will be responsible for preparing DSA-approved plans, managing DSA planning and administration, and providing construction administration support, including handling RFIs, submittals, job walks, and weekly construction meetings.
