Solicitation S-73000-00018190 is a Mini-RFP issued by the Oregon Department of Transportation to secure Construction Contract Administration and Construction Engineering and Inspection (CA/CEI) services. The project focuses on rebuilding Sandlake Road at MP10.6 in Tierra Del Mar following a landslide that damaged the southbound lane. The anticipated period of performance begins on December 15, 2026, and is expected to conclude by July 16, 2029. Funding for the project is provided by the Federal Highway Administration.
