Archival Display Cases

The Defense Threat Reduction Agency is seeking information from potential vendors capable of providing archival and museum display cases as outlined in a draft specifications sheet, with no intent to award a contract based on this announcement. This sources sought notice is purely informational and does not constitute a solicitation, offer, or binding commitment from the government; responses are voluntary, non-binding, and will not be reimbursed or returned. Interested companies must submit a response no longer than eight pages that includes their name, point of contact with phone and email, CAGE code and UEI number, business size classification under NAICS 337215 (with a small business threshold of 500 employees), a capabilities statement demonstrating relevant experience, a list of past or current contracts of similar scope and complexity, and any applicable IDIQ contracts supporting this NAICS code. Responses must be emailed to Erika Hebert by the deadline of July 29, 2026, with the subject line “Sources Sought # HDTRA126Q0028”. All communication regarding this notice must be conducted in writing through the designated point of contact. The requirement pertains to display cases for use in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and while no set-aside is currently planned, any future formal solicitation will be posted on the Government-wide Point of Entry, which potential offerors must monitor independently. Participation in this sources sought does not guarantee or preclude future bids, and no funds are available to cover the cost of preparing responses.
