NAVSUP FLC Pearl Harbor, US Navy Sea Warfare Development, Arctic Submarine Laboratory (ASL) intends to issue a sole source purchase order in accordance with FAR Part 12. The proposed contract action is for Cyber Security Engineering, test and evaluation, and Risk Management Framework (RMF) support efforts required to sustain Continuous Monitoring and execute the mandated RMF Revision 5 (NIST SP 800-53 Rev. 5) control migration for the applicable VICE and SWAT systems. These systems support the Virginia Ice Capability Equipment (VICE) and the Seawolf Arctic TEMPALT (SEAWOLF/LA-Class) mission environments.
