Arena and Stadium Seating

Kinetic GPO Inc. is seeking one or more qualified suppliers to establish a nationwide standing offer for the provision of arena and stadium seating across Canada. The scope of work encompasses seven primary categories, including telescopic, fixed, foldable, VIP/premium, and bleacher seating, as well as portable staging and related professional services such as design, installation, and maintenance. To be eligible, suppliers must demonstrate extensive experience with the Broader Public Sector, a strong national distribution model, and a proven sales presence. All products must be delivered F.O.B. destination to a point inside the building during normal business hours, with the supplier responsible for packing material removal and the use of lift gates where loading docks are unavailable. The selection process is a multi-stage evaluation based on mandatory requirements, technical capabilities, financial stability, pricing, and references. A critical component of the proposal is the Market Basket, which requires detailed pricing for 60 specific items across six categories, scored relative to the lowest bid. Technical and financial evaluations require a minimum score of 70 percent to advance, and the final award will be granted to the respondent with the highest combined score to enter Master Agreement negotiations. Proposals must be submitted electronically via the designated portal by December 11, 2026, and must adhere to strict formatting guidelines, including the submission of a mandatory form, a reference form, and financial documentation.
